The short version
You tell us what you want, we text you a price, you pay, you approve a free proof, and a finished tent ships to you. Most orders arrive 5 to 8 business days after you approve the proof. Here is each step in more detail.
1. Get your price
Fill out the quote form with your email, phone and roughly how many tents you need. We text and email you within minutes to confirm the details: tent size, whether you want walls, flags or a table cover, and whether your logo goes on the top only or on the valance (the strip around the edge) too. Then we send an exact price. No minimum order; one tent is fine.
2. Pay to get started
Pay online through the link we send. You do not need your logo ready at this point. Plenty of customers pay first and send art later the same day.
3. Send your logo
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) gives the sharpest print. A high resolution PNG or JPG works for most logos. If all you have is a photo of your old tent or a screenshot, send that and our artist will rebuild it. Details on what to send are in What to Send Us for Your Proof.
4. Approve your free proof
Within 24 hours you get a digital proof showing your logo on the exact tent, walls and accessories you ordered, with the colors matched to your brand. Nothing prints until you approve it. Want the logo bigger, the background darker, a different color on the valance? Tell us and we send a revised proof.
5. We print and ship
The top is printed edge to edge in full color with dye sublimation, which dyes the fabric itself rather than sitting on the surface, so it does not crack or peel. The tent ships with its aluminum frame and a wheeled carry bag. Shipping is free on every order within the US.
