The typical timeline
- Quote: minutes after you fill out the form, by text and email
- Proof: within 24 hours of receiving your logo
- Printing and shipping: most orders arrive 5 to 8 business days after you approve the proof
So an order placed on a Monday with art in hand usually arrives the week after next. The clock starts at proof approval, not at payment, so the fastest way to get your tent is to approve the proof the day you receive it.
What slows an order down
- Waiting on the logo file. Pay first, then send art, but send it the same day if you can.
- Proof revisions. Each round of changes adds a day. Give us your colors, text and layout preference up front and the first proof is usually the last.
- Shipping to the far corners of the country. Add a day or two for the Northeast and Pacific Northwest compared with the Southwest.
Have an event date?
Tell us the date when you request your quote. We will tell you honestly whether it is doable and, if it is tight, what you need to do on your end to hit it. We would rather turn down a rush than miss your event.
Shipping
Shipping is free on every order within the US. Tents ship in the wheeled carry bag inside a shipping carton, with tracking sent to your phone and email.
Picking up in Tempe
Local customers are welcome to pick up at our shop at 1791 W University Dr, Suite 163, Tempe, AZ 85281. Pickup follows the same production timeline.
Reorders
Once your art is on file, a second tent, replacement top, or a set of matching walls skips the proof step unless you change the design, so reorders are usually faster.
