Start with the space you are given
Most vendor booths, farmers market stalls and festival spaces are sold as 10 by 10 feet. If that is your spot, a 10x10 is the answer and anything bigger will not fit. Larger sizes only make sense when you control the space: company events, outdoor sales lots, sports tournaments, your own parking lot.
10x10: the standard booth
$849 with free shipping. Fits every standard booth space. Two people can set it up in a couple of minutes. Room for a 6 foot table across the back and two people working the front. This is the right choice for farmers markets, craft fairs, street festivals, school events and most trade shows.
10x15: room to work
$1,199 with free shipping. Same depth as a 10x10, half again as wide. Good when you need two tables, a product display plus a checkout area, or shade for a small crew. Check your event's booth size first; many events charge for a double space.
10x20: the big footprint
$1,599 with free shipping. The size of two standard booths side by side. Used for team tents at tournaments, sponsor areas, car dealership events, registration tents and company picnics. It takes a bit more room to transport and two people to set up comfortably.
Printing is the same on every size
Every size gets the same full color, edge to edge printed top, aluminum frame and wheeled bag. Your logo prints at the same sharpness whether the top is 10 or 20 feet wide. Larger tops simply give you more canvas: a logo on each slope and your business name on all four sides of the valance.
Walls, flags and table covers
Any size can add printed back and side walls (full or half height), feather flags and a matching table cover. The complete 10x10 setup with walls, table cover, banners and flags is the Showstopper package at $2,199.
